A twist on fruit popsicles! Try this out! :)

1 cup young thai coconut water
2-3 bananas, very ripe
1 date, pitted

Blend together on high speed until milky. Add more water to make more of a liquid consistency

To this, add blueberries, or cherries, or mango slices, and then pour into “ice pop” makers, and stick in the freezer until frozen.
Great for the warm days ahead of us!

Makeup for Sick Days

Hey guys,

So I've been struck with the cold for the past two weeks. For the past week, I've been so sleep deprived and exhausted. My nose is so blocked so I have trouble sleeping at night. No sleep makes my complexion even paler and a congested nose worsens dark circles. My nose was sore, red and flakey and my skin felt dehydrated. Infact, my entire body felt dehydrated and achey all over. I really thought it was the worse time to be sick because this month would be such a busy month for me.  However, it did inspire me to do a 'Makeup for Sick Days' tutorial for you guys.

We all get sick. It's ok, we just gotta make sure we drink lots of water and take lots of rest. We all just want to stay home in our bath gowns in front of the TV but there's gonna be days where we'll have to go out and face people. You could be at school, work, doing errands or meeting people. I don't know about you but when I'm sick- I don't want to spend much time or effort doing my makeup. I also only have two criteria as well:

1. Sick-friendly. I'm sneezing all the time so my eyes water constantly throughout the day. I don't need makeup to smudge on me.
2. I won't even be greedy. I don't need to look glamorous, looking healthy is enough for me.

From experience, I've learnt that caking lots of makeup on a tired face just makes things worse. Lots of foundation makes a dry face look even cakier. Smokey eyes on top of dark circles is horrifying. Less really is more and the results are amazing.

This look can also come in handy when you're feeling/looking tired. Check out the tutorial below:

I apologise if sound too nasal in the video. I had to do the voice over in the morning (had to head out for errands) and for some reason, I'm most nasal during this time. I kept going out of breath from all of the talking lol. Do you guys have any remedies you swear by when sick? My mum makes me take long hot baths and right afterwards, I have to jump straight to bed to sweat out the 'badness'.

Hope this was helpful my baby angels! Once I settle into the new place, I'll update Bubzbeauty.com most frequently. In fact, I'll write a diary entry tomorrow yes? Take care and stay beautiful.

Much love, Bubz xx

30 Beauty Tips in 4 mins

Here are 30 Beauty Tips I feel everybody should know. They are all tips that I swear by or questions that I get asked alot. Hope you guys enjoy the quick cramming of beauty info ^_^

Sorry if I was talking too quick (Its a Northern Irish thing LOL) but I was trying to condense the tips in a less than 4 minute video. =D

Peaches & Cream Skin Remedy

Have you ever heard of the term 'Peaches & Cream skin?' It actually derives from an old yet effective beauty remedy. Women have sworn on this beauty secret for many decades because it gave them such beautiful skin results.

Stress, pollution and lifestyle can make our skin look/feel lifeless. My late night ramen + lack of proper sleep + stress + pollution from Hong Kong + aircon all contributes to making my skin dull and icky.

This mask is perfect for hydrating dull & tired skin. It will soothe dry, sunburnt and red skin making it appear brighter and luminous. It's become one of my favourite beauty remedies because it gives beautiful results. Even if your skin is fine and dandy, you'll still experience a skin boost from this mask because it make your skin glow from within.

Truly a great remedy. It has become one of my fav remedies indeedy. My skin gets very dry easily. This is good for my sensitive skin.

DIY Acne/Scar Reducing Mask & Toner

What can I say guys? Natural is the way to go for skincare! ^_^

This mask/toner remedy has many skin benefits such as:
Scar reducing
Treats blemishes
Refines Pores
Unclogs Pores
Firms the skin
Anti-ageing
Anti inflammatory
Skin brightener
Skin detoxer
Cleanser
Moisturising benefits

This mask/toner is frickin amazing guys!!! I LOVE IT!!

Home made STRAWBERRY YOGURT mask tutorial

This is my FAVOURITE home made mask. I have used this mask for so long. When my skin is dry, I use it. When my skin is pimpley, I use it, When my skin feels tired; I use it. Simply because this is such a versatile mask with fantastic skin results to treat dry, acne, sensitive and tired skin.

It smells wonderful and can be kept chilled in a fridge for 5 days.

Hope you guys enjoy this tutorial. Strawberries rock!!

DIY Detox Mask

Here is an effective mask that brightens, tones, cleanses and tightens the skin. Yes- this mask is uber because it cleanses the skin by detoxing it. It was taught to me by Mandy. A lovely beauty consultant who swears by home remedies. This mask is designed to prep up the skin when it is exhausted or strained.

Grapes are one of the best detoxifiers. They are also welknown to be anti-aging. This mask is quick and easy to make. You can really just pop into your kitchen and make amazing beauty remedies just like that.

A lot of expensive products you use or see today all use extracts from plants/fruits/vegetables. These are easily at reach in your own homes.

Try it yourself and you will see/feel the amazing results. If you don't have the ingredients at home already- you will be able to find it easily at your local supermarket.

This mask can be used once-twice a week. I would especially reccommend this mask after a night out or a long day a polluted city.

When your texture of your skin is improved- you will find your makeup even looks better. Infact- you won't even need makeup as much.

Until next time,
Stay well ^_^

Bye Bye Dark Circles!

Many of us suffer from dark circles and puffy eyes. They can make us look older, tired and unhealthy. For me- I think it adds more years to our appearance than wrinkles and grey hair.

You guys have witnessed my terrible dark circles in the previous months. So I am very happy to say they have been improving (Wohooo). I will share how I minimise my dark circles trick with you guys.

Before treating your dark circles- you need to access WHY you have them. They are caused by different factors and I'll be going through some of the main causes and what you can do to combat these factors as well.

It's all about constricting the blood flow under your eyes. After washing my face- I splash cold water on my face to give my face a glow and also treat dark circles but sometimes it's not enough because Hong Kong's water isn't cold enough and I require a better cold compress.

I find wet cold cloths lose their cold temperatures too quick as well. So I like to Freeze cotton cloths because they are soft but can be frozen and moulded very well. Even when the ice particles melt- the cloth remains very cold.

This also wakes me up and energizes me in the morning which is cool beans.

Even better quick fix? Makeup. You can minimise dark circles in a flash.

Favourite Products of November -bubzbeauty

Hey everyone,

Here are my favourite beauty products of the month of November. I skipped out monthly fav videos for September and October due to a busy schedule (tehee, sorry  guys). I'm very excited about my favourite products of this month because I think they are all fab fab. I definitely use them all on a frequent basis.

Watch video below:

More info on the November beauty picks.

Korres Mandarin Lip Butter Stick (Rose)
I love Korres lip butters but a disadvantage of the tub ones is that I just don't have patience to dip my fingers into the product and end up with sticky fingers. The lip butter stick can be applied at ease because of the lipstick packaging design. Now that it's Winter, lipstick is just far too drying for my lips so this little baby gives me best of both worlds. Moisturises my lips and protects against sun damage while also giving my lips a pretty rosy tint. I've been wearing a lot of deep reds, oranges and plums in my clothing lately and deeper red lips really complements my outfits. It contains a decent amount of product and comes in 6 shades. If you're not a fan of the darker tints, you can opt for the Korres lip butters instead (the tub packaging ones) because their shades are more sheer and light.

Where to buy:
I actually purchased mine from an airport. I know Korres can be found in Sephora. I actually live in Hong Kong so I'm unable to buy these products here so I have to purchase online. They can be found at ASOS.com

GOSH Waterproof Eyeshadow Stick (Love that beige)
The eyeshadow sticks are my favourite products from the GOSH cosmetic range. They glide beautiful and last all day long. Unlike Mac shadesticks, they don't dry out and become hard and crappy. I use this everyday either wearing it alone to brighten up my eyes or as a base to prep my eyes before eyeshadow application. Urban Decay Primer Potion somehow doesn't sit very well on my lower lash line. It makes the fine lines under my eyes appear even more prominent. I have opted for the GOSH waterproof eyeshadow stick instead. One of my must-have products for my eyes.

Where to buy:
I got this from my local drugstore (Watsons) but I believe they can be found in some pharmacies and in Superdrug. I believe GOSH also have a website as well for UK and the States.

AquaMoist Facial Cleansing Foam
My top 5 cleansers of all time for sure. No other cleanser leaves the face feeling as hydrated and supple as this baby. I have used it since University and even though I love experimenting with different beauty products, I always go back to this product. This is suitable for all skin types (I especially reccomend if you have dry or sensitive skin). I need extra moisture during the colder season so this product caters my skin's needs. It has gone up in price through the years but still remains affordable for it's great results.

Where to buy:
I purchased this from my local drugstore (Watsons/Mannings) but when I lived outside Asia, I used to order online from sasa.com

AquaMoist C Whitening Lotion
This essence leaves my skin feeling soft and supple. I LOVE patting this on my face because it feels so good. Almost as if I can feel my skin drinking up the moisture. Facial essences can be VERY pricey. I used to use SKII's Essence water and to be honest, I'm happy using my AquaMoist instead. It costs a fraction of the price and gives great skin results.

Where to buy:
I purchased this from my local drugstore (Watsons/Mannings) but when I lived outside Asia, I used to order online from sasa.com

ZA Dewy Effect Emulsion
This refreshing emulsion feels light but absorbs into the skin easily to hydrate the skin. The ingredients is designed to help the skin lock in moisture. I use this before applying my moisturiser but it can definitely be worn alone too. Great for oily skin as well.

Where to buy:
I got this in my local drugstore Watsons. To be honest, I've never purchased this brand through the web before. I know it can be found through mybeautystore.com but haven't had experiencing shopping in the website.

I hope this post was helpful! Have a great week everybody! I'm off to bed now. I am soooo exhausted because it's been such a long hard day. Good night guys teheee.

Much love,

Eating for Beautiful Skin

They say that our face is our window to the world. So no wonder we want to keep it clean and clear. Beauty is not just about how you wear your makeup, it's also about taking care of your skin and looking after yourself. Your skin is a direct reflection of your health. You are what you eat. I'm sure you guys have heard this before. My mum often tells me "You must eat LOTS of fruit and vegetables if you want beautiful skin" and she was right! As hard as it sounds, we should try to avoid eating too much foods that are high in sugar, fat and salt. Your skin will thank you (not literally but visually).

Let me tell you that I am not a girl that believes in diets. I LOVE enjoying good food but I do try to keep a healthy and balanced diet these days.

Beautiful skin means a good intake of...
Vitamin A
When your body is lacking in Vitamin A, your skin can become dry, dull and even itchy. Foods that contain Vitamin A includes broccoli, peaches, apriocots, spinach and carrots.

Vitamin C
Most of us look for beauty products that contain lots of Vitamin C (because it keeps skin firm) but forget that a good intake of it in our diet also benefits us. Vitamin C is needed for development of collagen which keeps our skin high in elasticity. Foods high in Vitamin C include tomatoes, oranges, strawberries and broccoli.

Vitamin E
This helps to fight against free radicals because it is an antioxidant. It prevents aging of the skin because it regenerates the skin cells. Foods high in this vitamin include sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, avocado, pine nuts and wheat germ.

Zinc
I love my starfruits because they contain generous amounts of zinc. It works extremely well with vitamin A in making collagen and elastin to keep our skin firm. Foods high in zinc include starfruit, beans, nuts and cereal.

Water
The crucial element to life and healthy skin. Water cleanses the skin by flushing toxins out of the body. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day for clear and hydrated skin.

Here are some foods to avoid:

White refined flours
Can lead to skin inflammation (also makes me feel bloated and tired bohoo!)

Processed food
They contain lots of chemicals and often leads the face looking puffy and dry.

Caffeine

I'm glad I'm not a coffee drinker because it dehydrates the skin.

Drinking Green Tea
Our lifestyle can be hectic sometimes and we can't always be sure that we'll be able to eat foods that benefit our skin. This is why I swear by Green Tea. It detoxes my body by flushing out toxins and when body is cleansed, it reflects on the skin. It also protects the skin from free radicals thus protecting skin from wrinkles and aging.

I hope this was helpful for you all! Until next time, take care.

Much love,

Does water dry out my face?

"I've heard numerous times that washing your face with water will dry your skin. Is this true? Also, how many times should you wash your face during the whole day (24/7) I wash my face twice a day (once in the morning, once before bed)". - Anonymous

Hi sweetheart,

Yes, believe it or not; washing your face repeatedly with water WILL dry out your face. The reason is because when water evaporates, it also takes away a lot of the moisture stored within the skin. This means essential oils on the face can be stripped out. Now everybody is different but I would generally recommend to wash the face no more than three times a day.

If you have sensitive and dry skin, try to not wash it in the morning but only for the evening. If you have normal skin, wash face in the morning and before bedtime. If you have oily skin, wash your face in the morning, mid-day and night time. Sometimes, when people break out in pimples - they think that washing their face repeatedly will help the condition. This is false because it will actually worsen the condition.

Washing your face too much will damage the epidermal layer of the skin. Think of your skin as a piece of cake and the epidermal layer being a piece of cling film that wraps over the cake. This 'cling film' protects the skin from damage and from losing moisture. Once you lose the moisture in your skin, it is even easier to lose even more moisture if that makes sense.

Have you ever experienced your face feeling dry/tight after a hot bath/shower? This is because of the water evaporating from your skin. This is why I recommend everybody to moisturize immediately (within a few minutes) after a shower or bath. Sometimes, it's not about trying to add moisture in the skin but rather more of trying to keep the moisture within the skin.

When I was experiencing extreme dry skin, I actually had to avoid hot baths/showers as it worsens the conditions of dry skin. It's also the reason why we should only cleanse the face with luke warm water. In fact, during my extreme dry skin conditions - I had to force myself to only wash my face once a day.

Remember that washing the face with water is absolutely fine. People have been doing it for thousands of years; but obviously, too much of anything is bad. Just don't over do it and make sure the temperature isn't too hot or that you cleanse your face too often.

Hope you found this answer helpful.

BEST DIY MASK EVER!

If you guys follow me on Twitter or have read my previous diary posts, you will know that my skin has been suffering painful rashes. My family is convinced that I'm allergic to some sort of food (my dad has been taking us out to different restaurants these few weeks and everybody thinks it's the seafood). While medicated creams has helped my rashes to heal, it has also caused my skin to become dry like the desert.

I've blacked out my eyes but you guys can obviously tell it's me. You can see that my skin is so dry that it's caused dry patches on my face. I also had lots of pimples on my forehead caused by the extreme dryness (that causes skin to become oily). I took this picture with my webcam so it didn't pick up as much detail but trust me guys, it looked much worse in real life.

What happens when skin is extremely dry?
When skin is severely dry, it can lead to cracking and peeling. My scaly skin felt rough and looked red. When skin is stripped in moisture (medicated creams stripped the oil from my face), it will begin to produce sebum to combat the dryness. This actually leads to skin becoming very oily but also dry at the same time. What I was left with was scaly dry skin AND lots of pimples around my face. In my forehead alone were at least 50 or so tiny pimples.

When products don't work
I used expensive moisturizers to help hydrate my skin but they didn't help. I tried to exfoliate away the dead skin cells but it didn't help the fact that my skin is still dry on the inside. I used hydrating sheet masks but again, it didn't do very much. I tried different types of facial masks but again, none of them really helped my skin.  My skin was still very dry and itchy with lots of pimples. Yes, I was quite frustrated.

A solution
Today I went grocery shopping. Yes, I felt hideous but life goes on and I still have errands to do like most people. I picked up a tub of natural yogurt because I remembered that it's been a while (a month) since I used yogurt on my skin. I talk about natural yogurt so much and I'm sure you guys are sick of me going on and on about it but serious guys, IT'S THE SHIZ! Why didn't I put this stuff on my face earlier? How could I have forgotten? I've always used yogurt to pamper my skin that I forgot that it also helps to CURE skin problems.

The Simple but Effective DIY Beauty Recipe
1 dessert spoon of natural yogurt
1 dessert spoon of oatmeal (helps to treat acne)

Mix together so it forms a paste
Using a clean foundation brush, apply a thick layer on the face. Wait about 25 minutes or until it dries and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
Results
After rinsing my face, I could tell right away by looking at my reflection on my mirror that my skin looked better. My skin immediately felt less tight and less bumpy. My boyfriend could tell right away that my face looked less red too. This is awesome because the redness was most problematic for me and to see that it was reduced by at least 30% really impressed me. Incredible! No cream or medicated product was able to give such amazing results instantly. Of course, I still have the pimples on my forehead but they look less red for sure and they will eventually go away on it's own. Right now, my skin needs to be hydrated again for the pimples to disappear. Most of all, my skin is not as itchy as it was before. Absolutely amazed and pleased with the results.
I took this picture after my 3rd time using the DIY yogurt remedy. Can you guys tell that my skin looks less red and bumpy? I still have some pimples on my forehead but they are definitely less than before. I'm going to continue using this remedy on my face everyday for another 7 days. After, I'll show you guys the results of the natural yogurt & oatmeal mask ^_^

Why everybody should try natural yogurt on their face
It brightens the skin, reduces redness, fades scars, tightens pores, treats blemishes, hydrates, anti-ageing, treats irritated skin, the list goes on.

I'm just so excited to type this post for everybody who is dealing with irritated skin right now. I can't even explain how uncomfortable it was to deal with itchy peeling skin. My skin feels so comfortable right now and I don't cringe so much when I look at the mirror now. Hopefully I'll be able to film a video tomorrow now. Of course, I'm not just going to rely solely on facial masks. I'll still need to cleanse, tone and moisturise everyday.

Here are some suggestions if you are currently suffering from dry peeling skin or pimples:

  • As hard as it was for me, I had to force myself NOT to conceal the rashes, redness and bumps on my face. I felt hideous but I know that piling my face with makeup will just make it worse. Right now, you should let your skin recover by allowing it to breathe. Don't clog up pores even more with foundation and BB cream. I found that it just irritated my skin even more.
  • Next is to switch to a GEL formula moisturiser and ditch the cream moisturisers. If you have oily skin, it's best to avoid cream formulas because they can clog up pores even more. Gel formulas ofter hydration without causing the skin to feel heavy.
  • Tie your hair up. Don't let your fringe/bangs drape over your forehead causing the problem to be worsened. My face felt so itchy whenever my hair got into my face so I shoved my hair into a ponytail as much as I could.
  • Don't over cleanse your face. If you over cleanse, that just makes the problem worse because you're drying out your skin causing your skin to produce more oil glands (thus becoming oilier and breaking out). Cleanse your skin in the morning, perhaps mid-day (after school/work) and before bedtime. Use a gentle cleanser. Cetaphil caters a skincare range that cleanses the face without drying or irritating the skin.
  • Don't be too upset over bad skin. Realise you're not alone because nobody is perfect. Your skin will heal in it's own time and stressing over it will only worsen the condition. Today when I went out, I was worried that people would look at me and laugh so I wore a hat. Turns out everybody was too busy doing their own thing to notice how my face is looking.
  • DON'T take hot baths. It just encourages water to evaporate essential oils away from your face.
  • Try to not leave aircon on because it dries out the skin like crazy. I leave my humidifier to moisten the air. It's actually makes the room breezy & cool ^.^

Ok guys, hope you found this post helpful. Until next time, take care!

Sunscreen is NOT enough

These days, everybody is crazy over SPF. I know plenty of girls who refuse buying a foundation if it doesn't contain SPF. I know lots of girls who look for moisturisers for built in SPF. This is great but here is what you should also know.

SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor and it really only gives you protection for UVB rays. What about UVA rays? The difference between UVB AND UVA is:

UVB = Burning rays
UVA= Aging rays

This means that a lot of sunscreen will protect you against burning but not necessarily from wrinkles.

Apparently any sunscreen can "claim" to protect against UVA rays as long as it filters out at least 20% of UVA rays. This means a possibility of 80% of UVA rays are absorbed into your skin!!! So all in all, sunscreen IS good but it won't protect you all the way. Remember to reapply throughout the day if you can.

Here is the cool part. Do you know that eating tomatoes can protect your skin from the sun? If you live in an area with hot climate or visiting the beach soon, make sure you have tomatoes in your diet. Here is why.

Do you know that tomatos thrive under heat? They grow abundantly instead of shrivelling. This is because they contain lots of carotenoids and polyphenols (antioxidants).

Tomatoes contain lots of lycopene which makes them highly effective in preventing sun damage and UV radiation. They will counteract the formation of wrinkles, age spots and inflammation. It also lowers the risk of skin cancer.

If you're not a fan of tomatoes, try drinking green tea. Even though I have a poor diet, I make sure I drink at least 2 glasses of green tea a day. It has a high concentration of  antioxidants to not only detox the body but also the skin. It gives the skin a defence system. The free radicals protect the skin from pollution, sun damage and stress.  Apparently green tea helps to thicken the epidermis layer of the skin too! That's amazing because it means skin is protected from dryness and irritation. It can be consumed into the body and also applied directly into the skin. So drink up the green tea because it will help to protect your skin and body.

I'll be writing more food related entries because I'm trying to eat healthier for better skin. Too many people think that the condition of the skin is solely related to what products we apply to our face. This is not just the case and I'm prepared to write about this in the future. Anyways, I hope this was helpful for you guys.

Until next time, take care guys!

Instant Pore Mimimizing DIY Mask.

Looking for an easy DIY mask that will give instant results? Try the egg white mask!

This remedy has been used for hundreds of years by women all over the globe. It's easy to make and works like a treat. It instantly firms the face and shrinks pores for a smooth complexion. This deep cleansing mask is also great for oily skin too.

Apply evenly on the face avoiding eyes and mouth areas.

Let the egg white mask sit on your face until it dries up. Your face should feel tighter as the mask dries (almost like a botoxed face lol). After, rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your face dry.

DIY oatmeal

Beauty benefits
Do you know that oatmeal is an incredible cleanser for the skin? It has the ability to relieve itchiness, redness, dryness and minor irritations. It absorbs and removes dirt & impurities whilst exfoliating the skin gently without all the harmful chemicals (found in a lot of our skincare products). It also helps the skin to fight against free radicals because it's so abundant in anti-oxidants. Result? Smoother, clearer and brighter skin without the $$$.

What you'll need
All you need is oatmeal. That's it! It doesn't matter what brand it is, as long as it is oatmeal. Plain, instant or quick cooking oatmeal? Doesn't matter because either works great. Simplicity is awesome isn't it?

How to cleanse your face with oatmeal
I take a palm full of oatmeal and I clench my fingers together into a fist. I then run my fist in lukewarm water for about 10 seconds and the water should seep through the gaps in my fingers and soak up the oatmeal. I then open up my fist and drip several drops of water into the oatmeal so it comes saturated and soft. I would then spend about 1 minute massaging the oatmeal on my face. Just a little note, it can be messy so make sure you lean over the sink so the excess oatmeal will fall into the sink and not into your clothes. I rinse the oatmeal off using lukewarm water and pat my face dry.

Skin benefits
Whilst rinsing the face, I can already feel my skin feeling silkier. My face looked glowy, radiant and smooth. I can't actually explain how much I love this remedy so hopefully you guys can see the results yourself through pictures. Both oatmeal AND yogurt has saved my skin many times. Unlike a lot of cleansers, this won't dry out your face or irritate your skin. It works wonders! My skin has thanked me visually.

Oatmeal bath

I've ditched my obsession for hot bubble baths for lukewarm oatmeal baths now. The oatmeal turns the water milky and soaking in it softens my skin and soothes my psoriasis and dry elbows. It feels absolutely amazing and I now take oatmeal baths 2-3 times a week. I especially recommend oatmeal baths to those who suffer from eczema or psoriasis. Even if you have normal skin? Nothing wrong with moisturising it even more right?

Fresh Glowing Healthy Skin

Yey for good skin days!

Today I'm going to share an awesome beauty remedy with you guys. It's called the 'Fruit Acid Peel'. Hmm, the name sounds a little scary doesn't it? Maybe because we all associate the word 'acid' with 'burning' but don't worry because it actually just gently retextures our skin. I only learnt about the awesomeness of the acid peel remedy several months back but it's already one of my fav beauty remedies.

The best natural exfolients are found in fruit acids. Fruit acids are abundant in AHA (alpha hydroxy acids) and they work great for dull sluggish skin. These acids loosen the ...let's say "glue" that holds the surface skin cells together. This allows dead skin cells to fall off to reveal the fresh new healthy skin cells underneath. The result is smoother skin that looks brighter.

Watch the tutorial below:

Benefits of the fruit acid peel:
  • Increases skin cell renewal (allows skin to heal and rejuvenate faster)
  • Unclogs pores (thus making them appear smaller)
  • Fades dark spots and blemishes
  • Reduces blemishes
  • Softens wrinkles & fine lines
  • Improving the overall skin tone
I do the fruit acid peel mask twice a week and I started this several weeks back. Although skin generally feels smoother after first application, obvious results are more visible after a week or two. So don't expect crazy results right away, be patient and persistent. I've noticed my skin looking/feeling more refined and improvement in the texture of my skin. Definitely minimized the fine lines in my forehead for sure. Skincare products also absorb better into my skin as well.

Remember,
  • Everybody's skin is different so remember you can always adjust the recipe so it fits better with your skin's needs.
  • The recipe has enough for 2-3 applications each time but I personally wouldn't store it in the fridge for more than 2 days.

Hope you guys enjoy this one!
